The deployment
Three active sites, 10–24 guards depending on coverage, and 67 configured checkpoints. The deployment has recorded 12,428 checkpoint visits.
Before CheckpointGuard
G&G already had QR patrol software. Recording checkpoint visits was not the missing piece. The extra work came from checking everything around those visits: who was scheduled, who was working and what the coverage cost. Those details were spread across separate systems.
What changed
Management can now check scheduled coverage alongside recorded patrol activity and available live guard updates. Daily reports bring recorded activity together for customers. Scheduling, payroll costs and site costs can be reviewed side by side, making mismatches easier to investigate.
€300 saved from operational mistakes

Software cost
G&G also reports paying approximately half the subscription cost of its previous QR-patrol software setup. This is a separate comparison from the €300 operational saving. It reflects G&G’s own subscriptions; plan scope and included features differ.
What the records show
A checkpoint visit records an interaction, not completion of every patrol task. G&G’s live view reflects the location updates available to the system; daily reports describe recorded activity.
