Authentication and permissions

Signed-in users receive access according to their role, tenant and allowed sites. Server-side checks enforce those boundaries beyond the interface.

Company data separation

Operational records are scoped to the authorized company or administrator account so normal users cannot browse another customer's data.

Encrypted connections

The public website, Web Admin, API and Android apps use HTTPS for data in transit. Production HTTP requests are redirected to HTTPS.

Location and patrol evidence

GPS, QR, NFC and geofence records are available only through authorized workflows and are handled as operational evidence, not public data.

Sensitive information

Access to workforce, pay and identity-verification information is limited by the relevant account permissions. Face-verification templates are not exposed to customer administrators.

Aegis and human control

Aegis works within the signed-in administrator's allowed scope. Sensitive actions require authorized human confirmation.

Account deletion

Authorized users can request account or data deletion through the published account-deletion process, subject to legal and operational retention duties.

FAQ

Can one customer see another customer's records?

Normal access is scoped to the authorized company, role and assigned sites, with server-side permission checks.

Does CheckpointGuard claim security certifications?

The public website does not claim ISO, SOC 2 or other certifications that have not been established.
