The deployment
Eight active sites, 34 guards and 91 configured checkpoints. CivicShield’s deployment has recorded 18,640 checkpoint visits and 2,316 shifts.
Checking the schedule when a patrol starts
When a guard starts a patrol, CheckpointGuard checks the activity against the scheduled employee, date, time and site. Supervisors can compare planned coverage with recorded activity, follow available live guard updates and review employee, site and sector costs in the same system.
$179 in calculated savings in the first month
For the same sites CivicShield was already covering, the automatic scheduler’s cost calculation identified $179 in planned staffing-cost savings during the first month of use. CivicShield reports that this amount was enough to cover the software subscription for that month.
What that saving means
The $179 is a calculated scheduling saving, not a separately verified reduction in payroll paid. It is specific to CivicShield’s deployment. The software subscription still carries its normal charge; the calculation does not make the service free.
Less checking across separate tools
CivicShield reports spending less time reconciling shifts, guard activity and workforce costs. When a payroll mismatch needs attention, management has the schedule and field records together to help investigate it.

A patrol start gives CivicShield an activity to compare with the schedule. It does not independently confirm every payable hour. Live guard visibility depends on connectivity and the location updates received.
